Music City Acoustics LLC Limited Warranty

Effective Date: January 26, 2026

Music City Acoustics LLC warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects and defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Geographic Limitation
This warranty applies only to products located within the United States. Products shipped, transported, or relocated outside of the United States at any time after purchase are not covered under this warranty. While Music City Acoustics LLC does not offer international shipping, customers who independently ship or move products internationally do so at their own risk and void this warranty.

Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must retain proof of purchase and contact Music City Acoustics LLC at info@MusicCityAcoustics.com within the warranty period. All claims are subject to review and verification by Music City Acoustics LLC.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Improper installation, mounting, or handling by the customer or any third party hired by the customer

• Use outside of normal indoor conditions

• Exposure to moisture, humidity, temperature extremes, water intrusion, or adverse building conditions

• Accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence

• Modification, alteration, or repair by unauthorized parties

• Acts of nature, including fire, flood, or other natural events

• Normal wear and tear

• Natural cosmetic variations in wood, fabric, grain, color, texture, or finish

• Consumable components or accessories

Cosmetic characteristics and natural material variations are considered normal and are not defects.

Remedies
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Music City Acoustics LLC may, at its discretion, provide repair, replacement, or a refund. Any repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Shipping for Warranty Claims
For approved warranty claims, Music City Acoustics LLC will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the warranty remedy, unless otherwise determined at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Music City Acoustics LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to the remedies stated above. Music City Acoustics LLC shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Statutory Rights
This warranty provides specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages, so some provisions may not apply.

By purchasing or using a Music City Acoustics LLC product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this warranty.
